Yesterday morning I went back to the chiropractor and had one last adjustment. The supplements I am taking to detoxify my lymph system (and who knows what else) have made a huge difference. I asked about the strange skin conditions I have been experiencing and he says they will continue to go away as my body is cleansed. Most of the dry scaly patches on my forearms and legs are gone, but there are still some raised places on my face and scalp that haven't left yet and the strange little bumps on the back of my hand are still there, although less so.
Even better than the change in my skin is my flexibility and mobility. I still have a few little sore spots in my lower back, but with moderation I am mostly back to my normal state. Sitting for long periods is not good, and standing for long periods isn't good either, so I am a bit like a jack-in-the-box, up and down all day. :)
We have had some delightful rainy days and the plants and I are ever so happy with that. I could sit and listen to the rain for hours! Instead, I spent over half the day dealing with technical issues. A book that didn't show up on my reader, and the failure of iTunes to access the store. THAT was a huge ordeal!
Ornery is all set to get busy on some of our projects again. I'm game. :)
I'm glad you are starting to feel better! I am prone to rashes and was told by a dermatologist that I have too many mast cells on my skin. So if I am wearing a loose bracelet or have a loose fitting sleeve, a raised, itchy rash forms on my skin. Same thing if I scratch my neck or back, a raised, red rope appears. Weird!
