Renewed Vigor

For some reason I have been in a slump, but today after a little crying jag I got busy and crossed off a few things from the list that has been nagging me for weeks.  I finally started on the editing project and discovered the transcriptionist did a great job which makes my life SO much easier!  I completed the first message and plan to do two more tomorrow.  This should put me on track to finish by April 1--my self-imposed deadline to have my list cleared out to begin on some new art ideas.

I also got all my business books caught up--transactions recorded in my journal and receipts filed from this year so far.  Then I took care of a few things online including sending my grandson an Amazon gift card for his second birthday.  His mom has already ordered some goodies from us--so handy! :)

After lunch with Ornery at Chipotle, I made the trek to Hobby Lobby and secured another shadow box, then stopped by the scrapbook store and got coerced into returning there to put it together.  The finished products are here.  Then I listed several custom shadow box options on my new etsy shop.  My prices seem a little high in comparison to some of the others who have similar items listed, but I am not willing to make them for free! They are pretty time consuming and expensive to make, so if I don't sell many, it will be okay.

During the day I sold a domino and as I am writing this am in conversation with someone for some origami dresses, but I don't know if that will turn into a sale or not.

I have several other small projects to complete before the weekend is up, mostly involving the business end of a paint brush, but at least I feel more energized than I have been for the last few weeks!
