Rental Property: Before Pictures

We finally got a rental property!  Today was the first time I had seen it.  There are lots of cracks in the ceilings that have "been patched" and some serious shifting that has taken place due to foundation issues that have been repaired.
Kitchen.  Counters have been painted with a faux marble finish.  Wall behind refrigerator has not been painted.

vent under kitchen cabinet...

dining room and door to garage (which needs to be replaced--has a hole in it.

this is the kitchen again, with the wall on the back of the living room (to the right)

living room.  Nice hardwood floors

under the eaves right outside the patio door.  The next photo actually shows it a little better.

All the exterior trim could use some love...

All the windows are double pane vinyl, and there is a nice patio door, too.

Fence goes all the way around the house.  Obviously the outside needs to be painted.

back of the house

East end of house.  It faces North.

Hall bathroom:  Tub had to be removed to repair plumbing leak.  Seller is supposed to be finishing up the tile repair.

close up of tile above the shower.

looking from the living room down the hall.  Three bedrooms.

This needs some love if we leave it in here.  Some of the drawers look like they are falling apart.

electric box in blue room closet.  If possible, we could change out the doors?  they are those cheezy vinyl pleated things.

second bedroom.  Note the gap at the top of the left closet door.  Probably from the foundation issues, but it is pretty noticeable.  All the trim has been painted with a flat white paint, but only on the outside--none of the backs of the doors have been painted!

Master bathroom

Master bedroom.  Has two closets,, both need to be painted.

This green room has been paneled and painted over the paneling.  I don't know if we can texture it to make it look a little better or not, but this is pretty bad.  All the trim needs to be caulked and painted, and possibly remove the trim around the ceiling.  It is the little tiny thin stuff and really dates the house.

Another picture of the blue room.  Yes, that is genuine SHAG carpet on those floors!  :)

Master bathroom.  Hmm...

Another view of the hall bathroom.  Nice vanity area.

Living/dining area.  Fireplace has gas outlet, but no starter bar or logs.

This is a big nasty!  The laundry is in the garage.  Needs  lots of love.

The side garage door in the garage.  Needs to have a dead bolt lock, and possible replace door.  You can see daylight all around it.  Might not be an issue, but may be...

This is the door to the garage next to the kitchen.  It has a hole in it.

Front flower beds have hydrangeas!

Drive way curves to garage door.  BIG tree in front needs some trim work from ice storms
